...in order that a man may be happy, it is necessary that he should not only be capable of his work, but a good judge of his work.

The European working population will shrink by over 15 percent over the next fifty years and the number of retired people will almost double. This will mean that the number of workers will be insufficient for further economic growth. The supply of workers leaving secondary and higher vocational education is not enough, and those with higher qualifications are increasingly seeking their fortune abroad (brain drain). GTX wants to help to deal with current and expected shortages in the Dutch labour market.
GTX is a young, fast growing company, putting all efforts in:
- to pay the correct salary and charge market rates for aspects such as accommodation, training and transport where applicable.
- to help look for accommodation for the worker.
- to arrange proper insurance for the workers.
- to arrange language training and (social) supervision.
- to offer fiscal transparency.
- to hold all the necessary licenses.
- to employ people on a basis of a Dutch contract of employment.
- to provide workers who demonstrably have the required knowledge and skills.
- to be contactable 24 hours a day for questions, comments and complaints.
