GTX recruits trained Staff (MBO, HBO & WO) from countries in- and outside Europe and places them in the Netherlands. As well as accommodation, transport, insurance etc., GTX offers them training in the relevant field up to the desired Dutch qualification level.
With this concept GTX seeks to achieve several goals and create a win-win situation for everyone concerned.
- The Dutch labour market gains a supply of motivated, skilled workers.
- The migrant/worker gets good work, a good salary, tailored training where necessary with the possibility of obtaining a qualification at European level.
- By restricting the length of the stay in the Netherlands to 2 years, the migrant/worker is given the opportunity to make a good living in their country of origin with the new knowledge and experience they have acquired.
