GTX offers its employees the opportunity to take courses or additional training. This allows them to bring their skills up to date and up to Dutch level. Vocational training in the Netherlands is of a very high standard and falls into two categories, i.e. intermediate and higher vocational education. It goes without saying that GTX ensures that the courses on offer match the employee's own level of education/training as closely as possible.

GTX has an agreement with a respected Dutch academy to provide the employees with the opportunity to improve their knowledge. We also offer language courses aimed at making communication, cooperation and safety as good as possible. The lessons are normally given in the evenings and on weekends to avoid conflict with working hours.
